Fitness for health is for men and women age 40+ who don’t feel as healthy as they used to and know that they need to make a change.
Maybe you have a chronic disease (such as type II diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis or cancer) or been told by your family doctor that you are at risk of developing one. You know its time to make a change but feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.
I tailor exercises that suit your specific needs, taking into consideration any health challenges you may have, to work with you safely and effectively. Your body is not the same as it was 10 or 15 years ago which is OK! We will start slowly and build up your fitness foundation. We work together in a private, comfortable environment where you can be yourself and go at your own pace.
By integrating lifestyle coaching with personal training sessions, we are able to shift your thoughts so that the focus is on the process of getting healthy and not simply achieving a desired end goal. This means long-lasting results – not a quick fix!

Motivation is the force that compels us to action. It drives us to work hard and pushes us to succeed. Motivation influences our behaviour and our ability to accomplish goals. Everyday we can make choices that move us closer or farther away from our goal.
All behaviour is belief driven. Therefor changing your belief system and what you hold true about yourself is paramount to changing your body.
